As the owner's representative, KEDA manages the day-to-day work of all the entities involved on a project, while you, the owner, retain all the decision making authority, and all the contractual relationships flow back to you. KEDA is there to provide professional advice at every step in the process.

As the owner's representative, KEDA advises the owner on pre-construction and construction-related aspects of projects, which can include execution, planning, and design and construction. We provide comprehensive information to our clients so that they can make informed decisions.

KEDA acts as an extension of our client's staff, while offering access to and the support of our in-house specialists, including engineers, architects, scheduling personnel, accountants and estimators.
